Partners with you to give you encouragement and self-confidence to succeed with long-term success & achieve your goals. This approach high-lights sustainable habits and mindset that leads to a long-term positive & happy lifestyle. What ever your goal maybe having support from a coach with expertise and holistic knowledge can help support you with science and medical base knowledge.

How Can 1 on 1 Health & Wellness Coaching Benefit you?

Health & Wellness Coaching is a Client-led - Coach supported process to help you achieve your goals, your vision, your journey. It provides you with accountability, Individualized support were you can focus on areas like nutrition, relationships, family, weight loss, stress management, fitness, mental wellness, skin & hair, and holistic care. Ways to navigate and prevent feeling stuck, encouragement to overcome your battles and achieve success. Preventative care including supplement knowledge shared by a certified Nutritionist. With this you will be guided to cultivate practical and sustainable goals for long-term & life time health and mindset change. The courage to believe in yourself! Change is the process of learning to love yourself and your life around you.

Why do I need a Health & Wellness Coach?

Do you find yourself going to Google to self diagnose, or gather more information after leaving the Dr.’s office because you don’t understand what you need to do or how to do it? Do you feel lost or stuck with finding a solution on how to move forward, not fall backwards? Do negative thoughts tend to overcome positive thoughts? Do you want to lose weight but not sure where to start, what is the right foods, supplements and exercise that best fits you? Do you attend group meetings but leave not feeling fulfilled? Are you searching for someone to listen, to encourage you, keep you accountable, no judgement, complete support, with complete confidentiality? ( patient & client privilege) If you find yourself answering yes to any of these questions then that is where a Health & Wellness comes in to help you in your goals and can work directly with your doctor. HIPAA requires that any communication with anyone outside of the client directly and legal from must me signed giving permission. One can be provided for you.

What should I expect during a health & wellness coaching session?

The first session is considered a consult. You will receive,by email, a Health & History form to fill out prior to the first session, along with a scope of practice information sheet. All information received is completely confidential, something Flourish2Nourish takes very serious. In a session you can expect discussions that review your health history, health concerns, present challenges, personal goals, accountability, and overall wellness. Your coach will use techniques like active listening, self-awareness practices, appreciative psychology, and motivational interviewing to help you craft effective steps toward better health. Each session we will develop steps to to help you over-come any challenges and celebrate your successes.

What to look for when choosing a Health & Wellness Coach

Look for a coach where their approach aligns with your personality, goals, and preferences. It is important they are a certified coach from a creditable institution and that has experience and personal expertise in the areas that are important to you and whose coaching style matches your learning preferences. Be sure and share with them what you are looking for and need to achieve your personal goals. It is important to build a rapport with your coach, and one that is relatable to your needs. A coach that walks beside you, not behind or in front of you.

What if I need to cancel my appointment ?

What is the average duration and frequency for sessions with my health & wellness coach?

Session frequency and duration is customized to fit your goals and needs. Most individuals see their health & wellness coach once every 2 weeks for 45 minutes to 1 hour, with check-ins in between. Other prefer once a week for 30 minutes. Depending on your goals you can decide what fits best for you. We are flexible with all schedules to help provide you with the best results.

What does a session or program cost with a Certified Health & Wellness Coach ?

The cost varies widely based on several factors such as experience, expertise, certifications, additional certifications like nutritionist, educator in a specialty, location, and other services offered. Example, fitness trainer, esthetician, skin-care specialist, nutritionist, dietician. Prices generally range from $50 to $300 per session, with higher rates often found in specific regions or specialty facilities. Many coaches offer package options or discounts for multiple sessions. Packages are encouraged for cost savings and there is always options available to fit your personal and budget needs. Our number one goal is to help you achieve success, be sure and speak with your coach for what options are available. Some insurance are now approving a health coach with doctor recommendation, so be sure and check with both your insurance company and doctor. Flourish2Nourish is working towards being HSA acceptable for the future.

If I have a Medical Condition I am being treated for, or recovering from a surgery or trauma would a health coach be beneficial for me?

Health coaching can often complement and assist with medical care by focusing on lifestyle changes, healthy eating habits, positive mindset, and possible challenges that prevent you from reaching your treatment goals. Coaches can help you set objectives that align with your health needs and provide support. Health Coaching can also help keep you accountable with the changes your doctor has recommended and work with your doctor if you would like. If you have complex health issues like cancer, degenerative diseases, or severe mental health concerns, health coaching may not be appropriate. In these cases, it’s crucial to have proper medical care. Most conditions like autoimmune disorders, diabetes, thyroid issues, metabolic syndrome, or hormone imbalance, clients should be under medical supervision. Always consult with your doctor to see if a health coach is right for you situation. If your personal situations requires more then a health coach can provide, we are happy to help with a recommendation on a specialist to fit your needs.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours. If we don’t receive this notice, payment for the session will be forfeited. Also if you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided. Once a session is booked and paid for, we do not offer refunds or credits. While we strive to accommodate your needs, we also prioritize the schedules of all our clients to maintain a high standard of service. If there is an emergency we will work with you on a solution for a refund or credit for next session, but we ask that you don’t abuse this, please.
